1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777v ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 777v platform — including the website at 777v.plus, the mobile app, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, or if you are unsure about any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration. These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and any other activity conducted through a 777v account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 777v account you must:

• Be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of a group are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 777v account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777v may close all related accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and retain any balance subject to investigation.

During registration you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your identity document.
• A valid email address that you actively access.
• A mobile phone number registered in Pakistan.
• A date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

Your account details — particularly your name and payment method — must remain consistent with your verified identity. Attempting to change account details to circumvent verification checks is a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 777v are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no conversion takes place. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported bank cards.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your 777v account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. 777v is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network conditions. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within normal operating windows. Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete identity verification. The name and payment method used for withdrawal must match the details registered on your account. 777v reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be held temporarily if account verification is pending, if there is a suspected breach of these Terms, or if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied. In such cases, support will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline.

• Do not use payment accounts belonging to other people for deposits or withdrawals.
• Third-party payment is not accepted. Your 777v account and your payment method must be registered to the same individual.
• Transaction fees, if any, imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777v offers various bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin credits, cashback and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in its terms.
• Time limit: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

777v is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of withdrawals and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or misconfigured bet limits to generate artificial wins.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulent payment methods for deposits.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents during verification.

777v monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, the decision to suspend or close an account is final. 777v cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Privacy and Data

You may request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted by contacting support — subject to any legal retention obligations that apply.

9. Responsible Gaming

• A player requests self-exclusion or account closure voluntarily.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be held pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request without any breach, the remaining verified PKR balance (minus any incomplete bonus wagering) will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 777v platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 777v is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Indirect, consequential or speculative financial losses of any kind.

In all cases, 777v's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the stake involved in that incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
